UK NEQAS for Clinical Cytogenetics is hosted by the Oxford University  Hospitals NHS Trust . The office is based in the John Radcliffe Hospital Women’s Centre and forms part of the Directorate Critical Care, Theatres, Diagnostics and Pharmacy. The Scheme is independent from any pathology services provided by the Trust.
