The opinion of our participants plays a major part in the shaping and development of the Scheme. The Scheme Office from time to time solicits feedback on relevance of cases, timing and other specific items. The feedback is collected through an online questionnaire where most questions are multiple choice. In addition to that, participants can make specific comments or suggestions.

The participant feedback is discussed at the SC prior to disseminating the findings to participants by email.
